Graduate Air Traffic Management Consultant

We are currently looking for Graduate Air Traffic Management Consultants to join our client to support their continued business growth. We are seeking those who have a numerical related degree such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Aero Engine for example. As a graduate you will be involved in a variety of interesting projects for clients around the world, able to build and manage client relationships and maintain high standards and be comfortable in a client facing role.

The successful graduates will become part of a growing team, supporting the development of future Air Traffic Management and Airport concepts. The work is fast-paced and will have a direct operational impact on Air travel, so requires a careful eye for detail and robust working practices.

 

Main duties:

  • Processing and analysis of very large operational datasets
  • Operational Research 
  • Working with and presenting to clients, both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of future concepts to further improve airport operations.
  • Contribute to development of evidence for the safety assurance of approach tool support.


Technical Skills:

  • A numerate degree including an understanding of the mathematical fundamentals of linear algebra, basic statistics and probability.
  • Experience using Analytical tools including Excel, R and SQL.
  • Good attention to detail and a strong desire to understand the fundamentals of the concept or tool you are developing.
  • The ability to understand a client's current operations, to model them using state-of-the-art software and to build future scenarios that demonstrate where performance can be improved.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
